Sales & Customer Service Executive
Sales & Showroom Team Member
Key Responsibilities
_Track and respond to enquiries to support the sales process
_Work with the relevant Sales Manager to support, both in the showroom and via email and phone
_Collaborate with the head office and key stakeholders.
_Communicate shipping and customs information and provide aftersales support
_Sample management
_Attend networking events to represent Zimmer + Rohde.
_Provide support for ADO sewing orders and manage the company mailbox
_General showroom and back office support
Qualifications
_2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the textiles industry preferred.
_Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
_Excellent communication skills for liaising with international teams and clients.
_Familiarity with the A&D sector is an advantage.
_Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Always showing a proactive approach to tasks.
