Sales Representative – Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, ideally based out of Berlin or Leipzig to develop the greater Berlin region spanning all the way to Dresden. This role focuses on managing and developing our retail- and D2C accounts covering one of our most promising german regions. We are looking for a driven, confident, and highly organized candidate who thrives in a fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
_ Drive Sales Growth: Lead sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and sales targets.
_ Account Management & Business Development: Nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
_ Product Launches & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to support successful product launches, promotions, and track competitor activities.
_ Trade Events & Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and promotional events, networking to expand brand visibility and generate new leads.
_ Customer Service: Address customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
_ Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
_ Reporting & Communication: Submit detailed reports to your line Manager sales performance, opportunities, and market feedback.
_ Sales Meetings & Collaboration: Actively participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives forward.
_ Delievering Solutions: Reliable and competent contact person for our customers in all sales and product-related matters

Key Requirements:
_ Proven experience in a sales manager or sales representative role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
_ Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
_ Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organized under pressure.
_ Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
_ Passion for interior design, combined with a keen sense for trends, fashion, and aesthetics.
_ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
