ARCHIMEDES – lovingly woven and shorn. This Scherli fabric (Fil-Coupé) is a transparent and actually shorn textile. Additional effect threads are woven into the base, whose floating ends are later cut off. The result: beautifully fringe-like fluttering at the edges of the motif – for ARCHIMEDES even in two colours including jacquard patterning. The edging with a thick fancy yarn creates a discreet strip.
