At the Stilwerk Strandhotel Blankenese, architecture, interior design, and textile design merge into a harmonious overall experience.
In all studios as well as the public areas, bespoke curtains by Zimmer + Rohde shape the atmosphere – subtle, high-quality, and perfectly coordinated with the respective color scheme of each space.

 

Nine studios – nine color concepts

Each of the hotel’s nine studios interprets color, material, and light in its own unique way. The curtains create deliberate accents—sometimes calm and understated, sometimes bold and full of character—always in dialogue with the architecture and interior design. Through this textile approach, spaces are created that are both functional and emotionally engaging.

Textile quality down to the finest detail

Selected fabrics from the ADO collection were used to furnish the studios:

The combination of transparency, texture, and blackout ensures optimal lighting conditions and maximum comfort—both day and night.

The textile furnishings are complemented by a clean, architectural solution from artline: a square curtain rod, 25 × 25 mm, in black.

 

A project of strong partners

This project was realized in close collaboration with Stilwerk and Flair BPS.
Together, an interior concept was created that combines design, quality, and atmosphere at the highest level.
